All custom fixtures are produced under strict quality control and designed to comply with international safety standards (e.g., UL / CE / SAA as applicable).

Important Notes (Compliance & Policy)

Custom items are non-returnable and non-cancellable after design approval & payment confirmation, per our Return & Refund Policy
Warranty: 3-year limited warranty (bulbs excluded). See our Warranty Policy
Shipping & Lead Times: follow our Shipping Policy. Oversized items may require ocean freight with longer transit; faster options can be quoted.
Intellectual Property: We cannot replicate protected designs, logos, or trademarked elements without written permission from the rights holder.

How to Request a Custom Order

Please email support@splendidlamp.com with:

Product link / model (if customizing an item from our site) or design images (if it’s another brand/inspiration).
Requested specs: size (L/W/H or diameter/height), finish/color, material, bulb type/base, voltage, any special requirements.
Site photos or drawings (optional but recommended) to help us optimize proportions and mounting.
Timeline or budget targets (optional) so we can propose suitable options.

Our Customization Process

Consultation & Feasibility
We review your requirements and confirm feasibility, safety standards, and recommended specs.
Quote & Lead Time
We provide a formal quotation with an estimated production and delivery schedule (quote validity period included).
Design Confirmation
You’ll receive drawings/spec sheets (and photos/videos for finishes/components if needed). Production begins after your written approval and payment confirmation.
Production & Quality Control
Your fixture is manufactured in our factory with reinforced packaging and protective wooden casing for shipment.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship via FedEx/DHL/UPS for most items. Oversized pieces may ship by ocean freight upon your consent. Tracking will be provided once dispatched.

Typical timelines (for reference):

Production: ~10–25 business days depending on complexity and materials
Shipping: 7–9 business days (U.S.), 7–12 business days (Canada/Europe/Australia); oversized ocean freight ~25–35 business days

Final timelines are confirmed in your quotation and may vary by project.

Changes & Cancellations

Before approval/payment: you may request changes; we’ll re-quote if specs change.
After approval/payment: changes may affect cost and lead time; if production started, changes might not be possible.
After dispatch: orders cannot be cancelled; custom items are not eligible for return.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing depends on size, materials, finish complexity, configuration, and certification requirements.
Your quotation will clearly list unit price, estimated lead time, shipping method, and any applicable certification costs.
Production commences after written approval and payment confirmation (details provided on the invoice).

Installation & Support

Professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended.
If you encounter any issues during installation, please contact our support team for guidance.
In the rare event of shipping damage or manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacement parts after verification per our policies.
