1. Why are your prices so affordable? We have closed all physical stores and focused on online sales, significantly reducing costs. Additionally, our products come directly from our own factories. This allows us to maintain reasonable prices while ensuring the highest product quality.

2. How can I cancel an order? You can contact us to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. If you still wish to cancel the order, you may return it upon receipt. Please contact us for return instructions. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@splendidlamp.com.

3. Can I return the lamp if I don’t like it? Yes, you can return the product after receiving it. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund will be processed once we receive the product and confirm that it is in good condition. The refund will exclude our original shipping cost.

To minimize potential losses, we offer the following solution: Before shipping, we can provide photos and videos of the product. If you would like this service, please make a note or contact customer service when placing your order.

4. Do you replace parts damaged during shipping for free? Yes, if any parts are damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacements. You will need to provide photos and videos as proof of the damage.

5. What should I do if I encounter problems during installation? We recommend checking all parts of the luminaire at least one week before installation.

Our fixtures are easy to install and can be set up by a professional electrician. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Avoid forceful installation as it may cause damage.

6. Can I get a full refund due to quality issues? Yes, we offer full refunds for quality-related issues. You will need to provide pictures as evidence.

Alternatively, you also have the following options:

  • We send you a replacement product.

  • If you no longer want the item, we will issue a full refund.

7. How long does it take to receive my product? Delivery time depends on the package size:

  • Packages under 40 inches are usually shipped via courier, with a delivery time of 8-12 days.

  • Packages over 40 inches are generally shipped via ocean freight, with a delivery time of 20-28 days.

For special products, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time.

8. How long does it take to receive shipping information? Once the product is processed and handed over to the logistics provider, it may take 1-3 days for tracking information to become available.

9. Are bronze and black the same color? No, bronze and black are different colors. If you require pure black, please confirm with our customer service team, as production processes may result in variations.

10. I have a high ceiling. Can I customize the length of the rods or cord? Yes! If your ceiling is very high, please contact our customer service to customize the length of the rods, cord, or chain to fit your needs.
