  • How can I cancel an order?
    Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us at support@splendidlamp.com for assistance.

  • Can I return the lamp if I don’t like it?
    Yes, you may return the product within 30 days after receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the item is received in good condition.

    To help avoid unnecessary returns, we can provide photos or videos of the product before shipping. Please request this service when placing your order.

  • Do you replace parts damaged during shipping for free?
    Yes. If parts are damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacements. Please provide photos or videos as proof.

  • What should I do if I encounter problems during installation?
    We recommend checking all parts at least one week before installation. Our fixtures are designed for easy installation by a professional electrician. If you encounter issues, please contact our support team for assistance. We strongly recommend professional installation to avoid damage.

  • Can I get a full refund due to quality issues?
    Yes. If quality-related issues are confirmed, we offer a full refund or replacement. Please provide photos as evidence.

  • How long does it take to receive my product?

    • Packages under 40" are shipped by courier, estimated delivery: 8–12 business days.

    • Oversized packages over 40" may ship by ocean freight, estimated delivery: 25–35 business days. Faster express options are available at additional cost.

  • How long does it take to receive shipping information?
    Tracking numbers and carrier details are provided within 1–2 business days after shipment.

  • Are bronze and black the same color?
    No. Bronze and black are different finishes. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to production processes, lighting, and screen display. If you need a specific finish, please confirm with our team before purchase.

  • I have a high ceiling. Can I customize the length of the rods or cord?
    Yes. We can customize the length of rods, cords, or chains to fit high ceilings. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your requirements.
