Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty Period: All products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, excluding light bulbs.

  • Coverage: If a product malfunctions due to defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Warranty Terms

  • Excludes Light Bulbs: Due to their consumable nature, bulbs are not covered.

  • User Damage: Issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.

  • Out of Warranty: Repairs for products outside the warranty period may require additional payment. Costs will be communicated and confirmed with the customer before proceeding.

  • Warranty Start Date: The warranty period begins from the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase.
